This was my very first board and I love it! Rather than purchasing online, the deck was recommended to me for my height/weight and I added my own trucks/bearings/wheels. The length and stiffness makes it a great cruising board and completely eliminated the speed wobble I was getting on my sister's board. I only regret choosing my own trucks as they are either too narrow or too low (not sure, still new at this) and I had to raise the deck up pretty high to stop wheel bite. Still rides well but pushing is literally a pain because of how high the board is. I would definitely recommend factory settings if you are like me and have no idea what you're doing.
Great to learn on but a month in and I am already looking for something shorter, more flexy, and more maneuverable. I'm sure I'll keep this around for cruising though.

This is a great looking board with a vintage longboard look. The ride is very smooth with easy turns. Lots of fun! I would definitely recommend the board.

I bought this board for my 15 yr old daughter not thinking it was going to be this great. The wood finish and detail on it is outstanding and best of all the price, I had priced other ones before buying this one and the price on this one is remarkable! Would highly recommend this one for sure.

well like alot of other reviews, this was my first longboard. i like the whole hawaiian chill earthtone look which drew me to this board like a magnet. everything is all set, except i did loosen the trucks alot, which ended up giving me some narsty wheel bite, so i dialed it back a bit, and now it carves reallly good. the colors are so dope and the ladies love it. today, some of my friends were cruisin by, and stopped and i got a feel of their boards. they had the ones where the deck is cut out completely over the four wheels, and they were pretty low down. they did not have good carving and werent nearly as smooth as the surf one i got. so from the longboards ive tried, this is definatly the most quality one. and the price is half what its worth. the only negative aspect was the lack of wheelbite cutaway that some newer boards have. coulda saved me some skin and blood, but still worth it. and i was debating getting the blue pakala surf one board that looks similar, but what repeled me was the raised kick tail which i thought would just get in the way. this deck is completely flat with no concave, and i wouldnt have it any other way. also, the clear granulated grip takes a few days before the little excess crystals stop falling off. this is the perfect board for anyone who wants to cruise around the town in style.

This board is perfect! I just got it in yesterday and i rode it around my high school and it rides nice and smooth, picks up speed really fast, just love the board!
i recommend it to anyone who wants a fast good smooth riding long board.
