I got this mainly because I am a beginner and I wanted to have a cheap, long, but still good longboard. I ride it everyday now and the hardware is pretty good. It is truly a great board for beginners. It carves pretty well and due to it's size it can take on hills while being very stable at the same time. If you are looking for a longboard that can do tight turns and quick carves, this isn't the board for you. It is a great cruiser and still a pretty good carver overall.
